Donation Guidelines
Thank you for interest in donating to the Milford Charity Garden Market. Together, we can make a difference in our community!
1. Please donate fresh vegetables and fruit.
2. Please provide the freshest produce possible-freshly picked and high-quality. Nothing rotten or over-ripe.
3. Please no baked or canned goods.
4. Please no live animal donations.
5. Please drop-off produce at the Milford Wash Laundromat on Thursday’s or drop-off produce at the Market on Friday before 9 a.m.
6. All proceeds will be disbursed from the cash donations to Milford charities.
7. Please realize your gift is from the heart and we are unable to provide receipts for tax purposes.
8. Left-over produce will be distributed to local organizations in need at Harvest with a Heart’s discretion.
A few friends and I, who are currently without a job or under-employed, are interested in driving from Warsaw to Milford for Harvest With A Heart. The website says you’re open Thursday’s until 7 pm. In general, is there any produce left by 6:00 or 6:30 that would make it worth the drive and gas money? Also, is there a phone number or anyway to know if you’re open on Saturdays? Your website says you’re open “Saturdays as needed.”
Thank you for organizing this wonderful idea!!! I’d love to see something like this started in Warsaw/Winona Lake!

Thank you for your question! Thank you also for your interest in donating produce to us. We take produce anytime on Thursday. Whatever we don’t sell we refrigerate overnight and sell on Friday.
