Harvest with a Heart and the Harvest with a Heart Milford Charity Garden Market are staffed by volunteers. People, like you, who care about our community and the people who live in Milford and the surrounding area. Our produce is grown by your friends and neighbors. They too are people who voluntarily give their produce to the Garden Market because they care about you and our community. Please understand that even with our best efforts and most sincere intentions, we cannot control all aspects of the items in the Garden Market. Because the items are all donated, we have no control over the creating, growing or harvesting conditions. Please inspect and wash your produce carefully. By voluntarily accepting and/or consuming items from the Harvest with a Heart Milford Charity Garden Market, you agree to hold Harvest with a Heart and the Harvest with a Heart Milford Charity Garden Market and its volunteer workers free of any liability and/or responsibility involved in the use and/or consumption of the produce.
